Feet deformities come in all different shapes. Sarah Jessica Parker is feeling some problems in her feet from years of wearing her famous Manolo Blahnik heels. According to US Magazine, per her doctor’s orders, she has since traded in her heels for sneakers.
Being on Sex and the City for years took a serious toll on Sarah’s feet. Constantly wearing heels will definitely put a strain on one’s feet, and Ms. Parker is now starting to feel those effects. When it comes to wearing heels, whether they are made of high-end material or not, they are still very bad for you.
Sarah Jessica Parker twisted her ankle on the set of I Don’t Know How She Does It. She then went to a foot doctor who found a serious foot deformity. Her doctor felt prolonged heel wearing had created a bone in her foot that shouldn’t be there. Sarah thought wearing some of her cheaper heels caused the deformity, the truth is when you wear heels for years, and it will effect your feet and can create bones that shouldn’t be there.
Parker has chosen the smarter route now and only chooses to wear heels during special occasions. Choosing comfort over style can be beneficial, especially when it comes to your feet.
