Arthritis Walk

Join us for the Arthritis Walk! Our mission is to improve lives through leadership in the prevention, control and cure of arthritis and related diseases. When you join us at the Arthritis Walk, you're not moving alone -- you are becoming part of a community looking to achieve better health and change lives at the same time. Dr. Lockwood will speak during lunch after the walk. Dogs are welcome, so bring the whole family!
Be Content at Home Senior Expo

Park Hotel & Conference Center, 1413 Leslie Drive, Bloomington
The goal of the Be Content at Home Senior Expo is to promote independent active lifestyles among seniors 55 and up. More than 65 exhibitors will provide comprehensive information on community health care and services. Door prizes will be given away every hour and be sure to stop by for a free health screening including blood pressure and cholesterol test.
Family Fitness Day

White Oak Park, 1415 Cottage Ave, Bloomington
Put down the remote control, turn off the video games, and join us at the park! This free event will get the whole family moving! Join us for an active day at the park. There will be activities and information for children, moms, dads, and even grandma and grandpa.
Local businesses and organizations will be on hand to provide information and activities to further encourage active, healthy lifestyles. There will be games, demonstrations, and activities for all ages.
Healing Steps Spa Open House

Take some time just for you. The Healing Steps Spa Open House will be a night of pampering and full of fun! We will have free manicures, massages, great prizes, and much more!
