Important Information for New Patients

Please note that all new patients are required to bring any recent X-rays or other imaging studies to our office 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. As we do not have access to primary care office records in the Bloomington community, having your x-rays in advance is crucial for us to provide you with the best possible care and minimize the need for repeated diagnostic testing.
