Hi, I’m Amity! I have lived in Bloomington since 2001 when my family moved here so my mother could finish her education at ISU. I attended Normal Community West High School, graduating in 2008. My husband and I have 3 adorable children which means we spend a lot of time outdoors, making crafts, dancing, and making life the best we can! If you think you have seen me at HFAA before, chances are you have! I worked with Dr. Lockwood as a medical assistant for 2 years before moving to oncology, which put things into a whole new perspective for me. I strive to live life to the fullest and teach my children to never take it for granted. At this stage in my life, I feel podiatry is where I am meant to be, and I am happy to be back at HFAA! I cannot wait to meet some new faces and welcome back those I have seen before!
Taylor Robb, CPT
Hi, I’m Taylor! I grew up in Stanford, IL and went to Olympia High School where I graduated in 2008. Shortly after graduating I moved to Austin, Texas to take some time to myself and figure out what I wanted to do in my future. After working in a pharmacy and becoming a certified pharmacy technician (CPT), I quickly found a passion for the medical field and decided to follow that path. In 2013, I moved back to Central Illinois to be closer to my family and help take care of my nephew who was born in 2015. I am currently working toward degrees in nursing and psychology through Heartland Community College and hope to one day have a career in behavioral health. I enjoy working with patients and my wonderful co–workers here at Heartland Foot and Ankle, and look forward to meeting and working with you soon!
Sierra Tuttle, CNA
Lead Medical Assistant
Hi, I’m Sierra! I was born in San Diego, California, but grew up in a small town by the name of Congerville, Illinois. I lived there until the age of 14, and I then moved to Hudson. I now live in Bloomington with my fiancé and puppy. I went to high school at Normal Community West, and then attended Heartland Community College for two years and received my associates degree in art. After getting my associates, I became a certified nursing associate (CNA). I plan on continuing my education and starting nursing school. The things that mean the most to me in life are my fiancé, my family, my friends, and of course my fur baby, Royce. Royce is a Maltese-Coton de Tulear. One day I hope to own more animals because I have so much love for them! I look forward to meeting you and helping you feel better!
Chelsea Miller M.S. ATC
Hi, I’m Chelsea! I am a certified athletic trainer with a master of science in kinesiology. I grew up in Eureka and attended Western Illinois University for both my bachelors and master’s degree. I am a proud Hornet and Leatherneck alum! I am an avid sports fan of the Green Bay Packers and Philadelphia Phillies. I am happy to be a member of the HFAA team! I enjoy working with Dr. Lockwood and my coworkers serving the people of central Illinois with their podiatric needs. I look forward to meeting you and helping you improve your health and your life!
Hi, I’m Chad! I am a Bloomington-Normal native. My family moved to town when I was 3 years old, and I’ve lived here ever since. I went to high school at Calvary Christian Academy in Normal, and I got my associates in arts from Heartland Community College. I plan to finish my bachelor’s degree a little at a time, and never stop learning! I got married to my best friend, Sophie, on Veterans Day 2017. I enjoy playing guitar, singing, and dancing with my friends. I like having fun and making new relationships, and I think that’s why I love marketing. I can’t wait to meet you and explain what Heartland Foot and Ankle can do for you!
My name is Kayla and I am a medical assistant at Heartland Foot and Ankle. I was born and raised in Bloomington-Normal. I attended Trinity Lutheran School starting at 3 years old until I moved onto high school. I attended Normal West for all 4 years of high school. I was involved with the Bloomington Area Career Center where I received my CNA my Junior year and took a medical terminology class my senior year. I then started working as a CNA at Heritage Health in Normal my senior year. After almost 5 years of experience working in a nursing home I then had the opportunity to further my education in the medical field at Heartland Foot and Ankle! I look forward to meeting you!
