Hi, I’m Amity! I have lived in Bloomington since 2001 when my family moved here so my mother could finish her education at ISU. I attended Normal Community West High School, graduating in 2008. My husband and I have 3 adorable children which means we spend a lot of time outdoors, making crafts, dancing, and making life the best we can! If you think you have seen me at HFAA before, chances are you have! I worked with Dr. Lockwood as a medical assistant for 2 years before moving to oncology, which put things into a whole new perspective for me. I strive to live life to the fullest and teach my children to never take it for granted. At this stage in my life, I feel podiatry is where I am meant to be, and I am happy to be back at HFAA! I cannot wait to meet some new faces and welcome back those I have seen before!
Hi, I’m Chad! I am a Bloomington-Normal native. My family moved to town when I was 3 years old, and I’ve lived here ever since. I went to high school at Calvary Christian Academy in Normal, and I got my associates in arts from Heartland Community College. I plan to finish my bachelor’s degree a little at a time, and never stop learning! I got married to my best friend, Sophie, on Veterans Day 2017. I enjoy playing guitar, singing, and dancing with my friends. I like having fun and making new relationships, and I think that’s why I love marketing. I can’t wait to meet you and explain what Heartland Foot and Ankle can do for you!
Sierra Tuttle, CNA
Lead Medical Assistant
Hi, I’m Sierra! I was born in San Diego, California, but grew up in a small town by the name of Congerville, Illinois. I lived there until the age of 14, and I then moved to Hudson. I now live in Bloomington with my fiancé and puppy. I went to high school at Normal Community West, and then attended Heartland Community College for two years and received my associates degree in art. After getting my associates, I became a certified nursing associate (CNA). I plan on continuing my education and starting nursing school. The things that mean the most to me in life are my fiancé, my family, my friends, and of course my fur baby, Royce. Royce is a Maltese-Coton de Tulear. One day I hope to own more animals because I have so much love for them! I look forward to meeting you and helping you feel better!
Lacey Cotner, CNA

I currently live in Heyworth with my fiancé and two children. We enjoy watching our kids’ grow and learn everyday! One day we hope to expand our family and make it perfect with a four legged pal! All of our family is local as well, where we enjoy spending all of our free time with them and friends. I look forward to meeting you, and helping through your time here!
