Medical care is not inexpensive. Taking care of yourself and your family is the most important thing you can do and the options available to treat yourself well are vast.

Insurance companies and benefits can be confusing. While we don’t *think* this is intentional, our goal is to help you navigate and understand your benefits and how to make informed decisions about your healthcare.

Why We Are Different

Here at Heartland Foot and Ankle Associates, we want to be a partner in your healthcare. That includes educating you on the costs and patient responsibility with respect to your excellent care. We want you to have a general idea of the costs associated with your problem and as such have compiled a list of the most common treatments that we provide along with our fees.

  • *PLEASE NOTE: Our fees detailed below do not represent insurance allowed amounts as each carrier ‘assigns’ a different amount to each service. As a contracted provider with your insurance, our office accepts a significant price adjustment to our fees with individual carriers. All pricing is subject to your specific benefits.
  • We have several payment options available!
  • Please contact our office today and we would be happy to give you more specific pricing based on your exact insurance plan.
