Regenerative Medicine Access Plan FAQs
What treatments are included in the plan?
The plan includes a minimum of 36 sessions of customizable treatment with both MLS Laser Therapy and Shockwave Therapy, depending on the patient’s condition and the doctor’s recommendations.
How does MLS Laser Therapy work?
MLS Laser Therapy uses a multi-wave, locked system to deliver laser energy that reduces inflammation, relieves pain, and promotes healing in the affected area.
How does Shockwave Therapy work?
Shockwave Therapy uses high-energy sound waves to stimulate healing in the damaged tissues, improve blood flow, and reduce pain.
What conditions can be treated with this plan?
This plan is effective for treating plantar fasciitis, heel pain, tendinitis, arthritis, neuroma, and other chronic foot and ankle conditions.
What is the cost of the plan?
The cost is $399 for the first month and $199 for each subsequent month. The plan requires a 12-month commitment.
Why is there a 12-month commitment?
The 12-month commitment ensures that patients receive the full course of treatments necessary for optimal healing and long-term relief and to maintain improvement and get back to life.
Can I cancel the plan early?
The plan is designed as a year-long commitment to maximize the benefits of the treatments. Early cancellation may be subject to specific terms and conditions. We also offer treatment “packs” if you want the experience but not the long-term commitment! Please discuss any concerns with our office.
What happens if I miss a treatment session?
If you need to miss a session, please contact our office as soon as possible to reschedule, if we are able to get that visit in the same week, we certainly will! It’s important to maintain a consistent treatment schedule for the best results.
Are there any side effects to these therapies?
Both MLS Laser Therapy and Shockwave Therapy are non-invasive and generally well-tolerated. Some patients may experience mild discomfort or temporary soreness in the treated area.
Is this plan covered by insurance?
Coverage for regenerative therapies can vary by insurance provider. Our experience is that most commercial payors and Medicare do not allow for this service as it is considered experimental.
How do I get started with the plan?
To start the plan, please schedule an initial consultation with our office. We will evaluate your condition and determine the best treatment approach with you.
What are the expected outcomes of this plan?
Many patients experience significant pain relief and improved function within the first 4-8 weeks of starting the plan. Full benefits are typically realized over the course of the year.
